This initiative establishes immediate water security and off-grid energy infrastructure for a traditional Aeta family cluster. The local clan holds clear, historical customary claim to this private plot but remains completely unserviced by municipal water grids and electrical infrastructure. Rather than relying on invasive state-level zoning or external corporate dependencies, this project deploys a standalone, non-invasive solar-powered water purification unit. The hardware provides up to 1,200 litres of clean drinking water daily, completely eliminating reliance on unverified downstream rivers, while providing a 1.2kW solar microgrid to power localized medical refrigeration and communication hubs.
